We will monitor, measure, analyse and review our performance and processes to identify areas for improvement of the Management System and development of best practices throughout the organisation, in order to enhance the satisfaction of our customers, staff and stakeholders. Personnel are encouraged to inform their Line Manager of any changes that could improve quality.
Customer commitment
We undertake to provide adequate and appropriate resources and facilities to ensure effective communication with our customers to ensure ongoing and complete understanding of their requirements and feedback.
Employee Development
We recognise the need and importance of ensuring that all personnel are competent in their assigned duties and that competence is maintained and augmented by ongoing review and training as appropriate.
Supplier Partnership
We will work with our suppliers to foster a partnership aimed at mutual growth and development for the benefit of our customers.
Quality Policy and Objectives
This policy will be periodically reviewed for relevance and suitability. We will also establish, communicate and review specific and timely objectives for the development of our Management System and products that are realistic, achievable and measurable.

The company will comply with its responsibilities with respect to health and safety and the environment by operating in a manner that protects our customers, employees, and the community. The company will provide the resources and training to develop, implement and maintain health and safety and environmental procedures that support the achievement of the company’s goals.
