Polycare Touch-up Pens DESCRIPTION Polycare Touch-up pens are used to repair powder coatings adn are available in a wide range of colours. Polycare Touch-up pens are a Metal screw top can, filled with 12 ml transparent basic enamel paint, brush and washer (in PVC). Polycare Touch-up Pens have a white plastic measuring cup for filling with powder (polyester) . USE 1. Pull the screw top with brush and washer (PVC) out of the metal can by turning clockwise. (Do not unscrew!!!). 2. Remove the entire plastic assembly from the metal can. 3. Place the desired colour powder in the measuring cup: approx. ¾ full. 4. Add the powder to the solvent in the metal can and stir with the brush. 5. Replace screw top and washer (entire plastic assembly) in the metal can (press). 6. Shake vigorously (approx. 1 min.) so that you can hear the ball in the can. 7. Apply the enamel paint in thin layers. Polycare Touch-up pens take approximately 20 minutes to dry. STORAGE Polycare Touch-up pens can be stored for 2 to 3 years in their original (unmixed) state, once mixed they may be stored for up to 3 days. Polycare Touch-up pens must be stored in a dry frost-free environment. PACKAGING Polycare Touch-up pens are packaged as 10 x 12ml pens.
