Avigel is a cold applied strippable coating designed for application to metal surfaces. They form tough and tenaciously adhering films, giving outstanding protection from corrosion and also from damage arising from handling, manufacturing processes and transport. When no longer required, the coatings can be stripped as continuous films. Avigel strippable coatings are permanently thermoplastic, non flammable and do not age, discolour or oxidise. They are waterproof and also resistant to attack by a very wide range of acids, alkalis and many industrial solvents.
